NOW HIRING :**Seasonal Recreational Sales Consultant (Contract) - Spring, Summer, Fall, approximately mid March to mid October.

LOCATION :Centennial Auto Sport / Centennial RV, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

HOURS :Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm, with some flexibility in order to accommodate customer schedules.

WAGES :Base salary plus commission, $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

APPLICABLE SKILLS :

- Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Knowledge of the Industry: Basic understanding of the RV industry with a constant desire to learn more about the latest products available.
- Driver’s License: A valid Canadian driver’s license is required.
- Strong Social Network: Lots of friends,



and strong social connections, active in local and online communities is a strong assets

JOB TASKS :

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with customers by actively listening and asking questions to identify their specific needs and preferences.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Sales Performance: Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage online platforms to market products and attract potential customers.
