Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed attractively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.

Experience

- Sewing experience and quilting enthousiasts have our preferences.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.




- Experience with cashiering and handling transactions is a plus.
- Familiarity with sewing and quilting techniques and sewing product knowledge is beneficial.
