Job Summary

Duties

- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Generate recent leads through networking, cold calling, and outreach efforts
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend trade shows, industry events, or promotional activities as required
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals

Qualifications

- Proven experience in blind sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities




- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is advantageous
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic are essential

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
