Outside Sales Representative - Roofing (South Western Ontario)

We are expanding across South Western Ontario and are looking for a driven, high-performing Outside Sales Representative who knows how to close and wants to earn.

We are looking for self-driven, money motivated, sales minded individual!

Compensation :

- 100% Commission-Based :

- High earning potential (top performers $100K+)

- Uncapped income

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Conduct in-home sales consultations with qualified leads :

- Generate your own opportunities through door knocking and networking :

- Utilize digital marketing and social media to build your personal pipeline

- Inspect roofs and recommend the right solution (rejuvenation, repair, or replacement)

- Present quotes and close deals on the spot :

- Build trust with homeowners and deliver a professional experience

What We’re Looking For :

- Proven closer with strong sales track record

- Confident in in-home sales setting :

- Comfortable with door knocking and self-generation :

- Strong communication and presentation skills :

- Experience or knowledge in home services / roofing / construction (preferred)

- Skilled in social media and digital lead generation :

- Professional, presentable, and self-motivated

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
