Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to work directly alongside our Sales Manager in a fast-paced construction environment. This is not a desk-only role — you will be on the road daily, visiting job sites, assisting with estimates, and helping keep the sales process organized and efficient.

If you’re organized, quick-thinking, and comfortable in both field and office settings, this is a strong prospect to learn estimating and grow within a high-performing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel daily with the Sales Manager to residential job sites
- Take detailed notes during site visits
- Capture clear, accurate photos of project conditions
- Assist in preparing and organizing estimates
- Enter and manage job information in estimating software (Joist or similar)
- Help track leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Perform administrative tasks between appointments
- Ensure all information collected in the field is complete and usable

Requirements :

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Ability to take clear notes and stay organized under pressure




- Comfortable working outdoors and around construction sites
- Professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Ability to move quickly and keep up with a fast-paced schedule

Assets (Not Required but Valuable)

- Experience in construction, estimating, or sales support
- Familiarity with Joist or estimating software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in learning construction and sales processes

This role requires someone dependable, organized, and able to execute without constant supervision. If you struggle with attention to detail or staying organized, this is not the right position.

This is a seasonal position - contract renews every 3 months.

Job Types : Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
