With unmatched inventory, strong dealer relationships, and a reputation built over 40 years, we supply top-quality exterior building products across the region. We are growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, dealers, and builders within your territory. You’ll promote our full line of PVC and aluminum fencing, decking, and railing products while helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, self-driven, and comfortable spending most of their time on the road meeting customers. Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealer and contractor accounts.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.





Conduct regular in-person sales visits and product demos.

Promote Al-Mar’s PVC and aluminum fencing, decking, and railing products

Provide product knowledge, pricing support, and installation guidance

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events.

Prepare weekly sales reports and territory plans.

Qualifications : 2+ years of outside sales experience (building materials industry preferred).

Knowledge of fencing, decking, railing, or exterior building products is an asset.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

Comfortable with regular travel throughout your territory

Pay: $70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
