About the Role

A growing local print and business services shop in Surrey is seeking a Telemarketing & Out-Field Sales Specialist to help expand its client base and build strong relationships with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce services
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Visit businesses in Surrey and nearby areas to promote services
- Drop off brochures, samples, and business cards
- Build relationships with local business owners
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Book appointments and collect job requirements
- Maintain call logs and sales notes
- Meet weekly lead generation and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience required.
- Comfortable with both phone sales and in-person visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Organized and able to track leads and follow-ups

- Reliable and punctual
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Must be available to work weekdays only (no weekends)
- Ability to work from Surrey location and travel locally for visits
