About the Role

- We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
- Whether you have previous sales experience or are starting a new career, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and developing new skills .

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Build strong relationships and deliver a positive buying experience
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Follow up with customers and maintain ongoing relationships
- Work with the sales and finance team to complete transactions
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes

Compliance & Licensing (Alberta Requirement)

- Follow all AMVIC regulations and Alberta consumer protection laws
- Ensure full transparency in pricing, terms, and vehicle information
- Obtain proper customer acknowledgment and maintain accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills

- Willingness to learn — no automotive experience required :

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Comfortable working in a team workplace





- Basic computer skills

- Valid driver’s license

- Comfortable with Social Media

Compensation

Compensation is commission-based, with income tied to your performance and effort. This role is ideal for someone motivated to learn, work hard, and build their earning potential. This will be discussed during the interview process

Schedule

- Full-time
- Evenings and weekends as required

Location

Based in Rocky Mountain House , with a reasonable commute from Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and surrounding Central Alberta communities .

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
