We are seeking a confident, motivated Sales Executive to represent our company as an Outside Sales professional, focused on developing new accounts and building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, independence, and relationship-driven sales without the responsibility of service work.

You will work with construction, industrial, and commercial businesses to provide safety equipment and solutions that support safer workplaces. Full on-site training is provided to ensure your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Bring new customer accounts on board through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with construction, industrial, and commercial clients
- Identify customer safety needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
- Manage and grow your own accounts through consistent follow-up and proactive communication
- Represent the company professionally at job sites and customer locations
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with internal teams
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and account records
- Manage and service accounts
