Brumm Industries is looking for a Full-Time Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will drive revenues and be responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts of the group across Western Canada.

- Duties Include :_
- Oversee sales team, customers, quotes, and orders
- Oversee and direct marketing team
- Review key metrics to drive sales and increase efficiency
- Investigate and report sales and growth opportunities to leadership
- Research and generate leads




- Assist operations and production teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to production to delivery.
- Develop and train sales team
- Build long‑term plans to meet company goals
- Coordinate with other teams on strategy, cross‑training, and staffing support
- Occasional travel to locations across BC, AB, SK, and MB, company transport provided
- Additional duties as required
- Desired qualifications :_
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy development
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in Commercial and Residential construction sales is an asset
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Budgeting and cost control skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
