Robinson Lighting Ltd. is a family-owned company celebrating 90 years in the lighting industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our project sales team in Winnipeg. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success in project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with designers, architects, builders, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and construction markets.
- Prospect and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Conduct job site visits as required to support customers and project needs.
- Deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, project coordinators and purchasing to ensure accurate order processing and timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information.

What we are looking for:





- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
- Knowledge of lighting products, electrical layouts, and ID drawings is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
