We're looking for a fun, down to earth and energetic person to join the team at our downtown boutique fitness facility.

Kalev Fitness Solution is a fun, young, energetic, personal training and fitness facility that works as a team to bring our clients the best services and training possible.

We are looking for an PM + Weekend part time SALES role, experienced primarily in Fitness Sales, Front Desk Admin, and Marketing experience is a bonus as well.

Role: 1) Admin, Client Services - (Scheduling, Phone Calls, Towel service)

2) Sr Admin duties - High Level account management (Billing, A/R, Corporate invoices)

3) Sales Duties (assisting the sales manager with leads, consultations, and sourcing new leads)

4) Marketing Assistance (Poster / Flyer Design, Social Media, Performance Reporting)

As you master each level, a performance review and pay increase is addressed.

Qualifications:



2 years post secondary Not in School ~2 years of experience in the work force Previous admin or front desk experience Excellent computer skills Robust organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication skills Proven prioritizing and multitasking skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team structure Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Experience with mindbody online is a bonus Great customer service

This is a multitasking Front Desk, Administration, Sales / Marketing role. We want someone who will stay with us for a while and someone we can rely on and trust.
