SUMMARY ROLE

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome visitors & customers warmly and with kindness
- Serve customers and process sales
- Assist customers with questions (inventory availability, delivery times, technical questions, etc.)
- Support sales team with customer quotes
- Ensure that client orders are complete and not missing any key component or accessories
- Provide basic technical support to clients
- Assist with trailer maintenance board and repair board
- Log monthly maintenance costs
- Direct calls and customers to appropriate sales/technical specialist when required
- Log monthly costs when invoices come in
- Input sales orders into trailer schedule with load dates and times
- Deal with various components of transport booking and planning
- Deal with all requests from the Can-Cell group regarding purchasing and sales
- Contribute to the evolution of the position held





Perform all other related duties at the request of the immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic

- College certificate in sales and or administration or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience relevant to the field of employment.

Knowledge

- Positive command of computer tools (Office Suite, Excel, Word, Salesforce)
- Bilingual is an asset (English - French)

WORKING CONDITIONS

- 40-hour work schedule per week

Job Types : Temps plein, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
