Residential Roofing & Eavestrough Sales Representative

As a Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you will strive to keep up with our agile environment while treating customers and colleagues like family. Prior experience in insurance and roofing sales is preferred, along with expertise in estimating, takeoff, and selling residential roofing. This commission-based role requires keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as a clean and valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain client relationships.

Assess and develop the scope of work for projects.





Manage project pricing and prepare estimates and contracts.

Experience in same-day closing is preferred.

Secure payments from customers or insurance companies.

Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

Position Details:

- $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Supplemental Pay: Commission-based
- Location: Hamilton, ON (reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work is preferred)

Experience :

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)

Salary : $80,000.00-$1,600,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON N3S 0H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
