Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Junior Sales, Estimator & Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in exterior construction who wants to come off the tools and learn sales.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of an assigned senior Business Development Professional:

- Meet with clients and board members on-site to assess project concerns and scope.
- Conduct site measurements, take detailed photos, and gather necessary data.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes using our AI-powered estimating tools.
- Assist the sales team with pricing, scope development, and trade coordination.
- Source and vet new vendors and trades; build strong, lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain price lists for future estimating.
- Track project leads and coordinate with vendor PMs and project directors.
- Handoff completed quotes and project details to the operations team.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while working independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 5 years of experience in exterior construction (framing, siding, roofing, windows/doors, masonry, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building envelope systems and general construction practices.
- Basic understanding of concrete and asphalt work.
- Proven ability to source and manage vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in general computer programs including 365.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in sales or client relationship management either professionally or through volunteer roles.
- Experience working with condo boards or property management groups.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software or CRM tools.
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools for estimating.
