We are hiring a high performance recruiter to support a fast growing, sales driven company based out of the Shopify building.

This is not a traditional HR role. This is a target based, performance driven position where consistency, speed, and results are expected daily.

Schedule & Location

Location Shopify Building

Hours

- Monday to Friday :9:00 AM to 5:00 PM :

- Saturday :9:00 AM to 1:00 PM :

- Full time, in person role :

- Schedule is mandatory and fixed

Working out of the Shopify building offers a modern, high energy workspace surrounded by driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Booking, confirming, and managing interviews

- Consistent follow ups with applicants

- Meeting weekly hiring targets

- Tracking attendance

- Conducting 1 to 1s with agents :

- Running feedback sessions to reduce churn :

- Processing day off requests with final approval by leadership

Performance Expectations

- High daily call volume and follow up activity
- Consistent pipeline generation and interview flow

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual earnings approximately $45,000 to $55,000 :
