Position Overview : The Field Sales / Client Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the Rehobet team. This role combines client relationship management, sales support, and field coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
- Follow up on estimates, proposals, and service schedules, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and supervisors to ensure services are executed as planned.
- Conduct client visits and inspections when needed to ensure service quality meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate client records, schedules,



and reporting in internal systems.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling when appropriate.
- Assist in resolving client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Experience in sales, client coordination, or service industries is preferred.
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems; familiarity with QuickBooks or Jobber is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
