We are building one of the best residential service plumbing teams in Winnipeg and are looking for two strong Red Seal plumbers to join us.

The Pleasant Plumber is growing quickly and we are looking for plumbers who take pride in their work, treat customers with respect, and deliver high quality service.

This position is ideal for ambitious plumbers who work efficiently, communicate well with homeowners, and consistently maintain very low callback ratios.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- No on call
- Occasional Saturday once per month

Compensation

Up to $60 dollars per hour - plus on top of one of the highest hourly wages in Winnipeg, you also get % of every dollar revenue you earn, paid out in monthly bonuses.

What We Are Looking For

- Journeyman Plumbers
- Residential service plumbing experience preferred but not required.
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues confidently
- Pride in workmanship and maintaining low callback ratios
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
