Divine Jewelry Store Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Appointment Reminder. As a renowned provider of exquisite jewelry and personalized services, we are committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers at every step of their journey.

Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming appointments for jewelry consultations, fittings, or repairs.
- Provide friendly and professional reminders, ensuring customers are prepared and informed about their appointments.
- Confirm appointment details, including date, time, location, and any specific instructions or requirements.
- Assist customers with rescheduling appointments if necessary, accommodating their preferences and availability.
- Document all communication and appointment updates accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and engaging phone manner.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of appointment information.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily appointment reminder targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize tasks as needed.
