Role Overview

The Service Advisor is the front office leader and a critical part of our operation. This role requires mental toughness, professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making .

This is not an entry-level role and not a temporary position .

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally greet and communicate with customers
- Accurately write and manage repair orders
- Clearly explain repairs, timelines, and costs
- Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and management
- Take full ownership of front-office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office

Requirements :

- Permanent authorization to work in Canada (no expiry) :
