At Capital Automotive Group, we’re hiring Sales Representatives (BDC Specialists) to handle inbound customer inquiries and turn them into booked appointments and sales opportunities.

Compensation : $42,000-$75,000+ per year (base salary + bonuses)

What you’ll be doing :

- Respond to inbound leads (internet, phone, text)
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers and keep them engaged
- Provide basic vehicle information and answer questions
- Use CRM systems to track conversations and opportunities
- Calling customers regarding in store sales/promotions

A typical day :

- Answer new online inquiries
- Call customers who requested info
- Book test drives and appointments
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into sales

- Customer service, retail, or call center experience is an asset
