What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide customer support to businesses using the ConnectEdge platform

- Assist merchants with onboarding, setup, and ongoing success

- Help manage and grow our social media presence :

- Create and post basic content (training provided if needed)

- Support internal operations and team initiatives

- Jump in where needed — this is a startup, and priorities evolve

- Help improve systems, processes, and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident speaking and writing)
- Based in Winnipeg and able to work in person




- Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Positive attitude and team-oriented

Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable)

- Experience in customer service or client support
- Basic understanding of marketing or digital marketing
- Experience working in a startup or small business environment
