We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized sales person to join our team. As an sales representative.Blinds Land, specializes in premium blinds and shades that combine style with functionality. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team and help us grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Engagement : Meet with customers in person, whether in the showroom or at their location, to provide expert advice on product selection.
- In-House Sales & Presentations : Conduct in-house sales meetings and product presentations to showcase our range of blinds and shades, tailoring presentations to customer needs.
- Sales : Drive sales through consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and recommending the best solutions from our product range.
- Cold Calling : Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling to generate leads and secure recent business.
- CRM Management : Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Quoting and Invoicing : Prepare and present accurate quotes, process sales transactions, and manage invoicing.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Follow-Up : Manage post-sale communication, including coordinating delivery and installation,



and addressing any customer inquiries.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on product offerings, trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks : Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office to prepare reports, track sales metrics, and manage documentation.

Qualifications :

- Experience : sales experience, including a proven track record in cold calling, using HubSpot CRM, conducting in-person meetings, in-house sales, product presentations, and utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office, preferably in the home decor, interior design, or related industries.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and administrative abilities.
- Customer Service : A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in : using HubSpot CRM, Excel, Microsoft Office, and other sales software, as well as virtual communication tools..

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
