- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas/units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to ensure a healthy environment.
- Assist with any additional custodial or janitorial tasks as required by management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields such as janitorial services or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong skills in residential cleaning techniques,
floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
