Overview

Duties

- Life Insurance Sales
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking
- Conduct retail sales by presenting insurance products tailored to client needs
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and record-keeping
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings, including bilingual (Spanish/English) communication when applicable

Experience





- Prior experience in Life Insurance Sales and outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex information clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience working in a bilingual environment (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Customer service experience that emphasizes active listening and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales administration tools is advantageous

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
