As Technical Lead Manager, you will guide the Power Electronics and EMI/EMC sub-department within Pulsed Power Engineering. The position combines project management, functional leadership, and expert power supply design. You will shape technology roadmaps covering high-voltage power supplies, DC-DC converters, and EMI/EMC-compliant PCB design while establishing engineering standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership within Pulsed Power Engineering
- Manage individuals across the Power Electronics and EMI/EMC sub-department




- Develop Xcimer power electronics technology roadmaps
- Define standards, specifications, requirements, and best practices
- Advance compliant PCB design approaches

Requirements:

- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or greater
- More than ten years of experience
- Project and functional management experience
- Expert power supply design knowledge
- U.S. work authorization meeting stated requirements
