You will lead managers and facility managers overseeing mission-critical infrastructure, while developing safety-focused, high-performing technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent science
- Five-plus years managing managers
- Ten-plus years in facilities engineering or critical environments
- Five-plus years delivering complex projects with measurable results
- Experience managing vendors and high-performing technical teams
