Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, establishing a positive rapport.
- Assess vehicle issues by listening to customer concerns and conducting basic inspections when necessary.
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines.
- Upsell additional services or repairs that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while aligning with their needs.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all service orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, additional recommendations, or post-service satisfaction.
- Maintain organized documentation of all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques, dealership promotions, and product updates.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; strong automotive knowledge is essential.




- Experience working with mechanics or in automotive repair environments is highly advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling services in a professional manner.
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in financial transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles to better understand repair processes and communicate effectively with technicians. Pay: $44,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
