What You'll Do : In this role, you will collaborate with both new and existing clients to :

- Engage with customers both in-store and over the phone to recommend TELUS and Koodo products and services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Meet and surpass sales targets and performance objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings and promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues related to our products or services.
