Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Grocery Store team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job duties:

- Manage the day to day store operations, including: sales, merchandizing, customer service, inventory, ordering, employee management and scheduling
- Should have good knowledge of different Indian Grocery Products and their brands.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, reduce waste and spoilage, and continuously improve customer service throughout the store
- Create a positive and unique shopping experience for our customers and a high-morale work environment for our employees
- Provide exceptional customer service through becoming well-versed in our products and offers.
- Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a Indian Grocery Store and/ or restaurant setting.
- College/ University diploma

Job Types : Full-time, Part time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
