This role is a seasonal position with the possibility of continued employment throughout various events.

Responsibilities for Event Staff :

- Support access control, crowd management, and patron flow
- Assist with line management and patron direction
- Count capacity as needed and report updates to Supervisors or Event Command
- Provide general operational and event support
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors




- Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times

Qualifications for Event Staff :

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- PROTECT and ProServe certification is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
