Location : This part-time position is based at Elmwood Home Hardware at 257 Elmwood drive, Moncton, New Brunswick.

Elmwood Home Hardware is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Post Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our in-store postal services, helping customers with transactions, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is efficient and positive.

Responsibilities :

- Provides friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Process postal and retail transactions (cash, debit, credit) using Canada Post systems
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to postal services
- Follow the SERVE customer service program standards
- Handle cash, money orders, and stamps inventory with accuracy and care
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with team members across departments

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bilingual (French & English) - required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and solid organizational habits
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment




- Basic computer skills (POS experience is an asset)
- Previous postal or retail experience (an asset, not required)
- Must be 19 years of age or older

This position requires shift flexibility (evening, weekdays or weekends)

Working relationships

- Reports directly to the Post Office Manager.
