Job Summary

Duties

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning purposes
- Utilize custodial equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management
- Use heavy lifting techniques to move furniture or equipment safely when required
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and inquiries




- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience

- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and the use of hand tools or power tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Experience in customer service is advantageous, emphasizing professionalism and responsiveness

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $17.10-$19.00 per hour
