Overview

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Restock supplies and ensure product displays are appealing and well-organized
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS,



for order processing and cashiering
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Pay: $35,700.00-$40,000.00 per year
