As Liquor Plus expands into the cannabis industry, CannaPlus brings along the same commitment to service standards and community while building a welcoming education forward cannabis retail experience.

Because we are prior to opening, we are hiring for multiple positions, both part-time and full-time. The start date is expected to be roughly the end of April.

You lead by example on the floor bringing steady professionalism and confidence to every shift. You're comfortable enforcing ID verification, making refusal calls when necessary, upholding store standards without hesitation. You understand consistency matters from attendance to preservation to policy.

With retail experience and willingness to grow your cannabis knowledge You're ready to support daily operations while maintaining high standards CannaPlus is built on.

What You'll Do

You'lllead by example and support the team on the floor. You'll open and close the store independently, including alarm procedures and ensure a cannabis storage is locked according to policy. You'll support daily cash handling procedures, approve refunds and exchanges with company guidelines and assist with BCLDB product receiving and accessory orders. Assist management with monthly and daily inventory counts.

You’ll manage floor operations to maintain productivity store layout and product presentation ensuring everything aligns with our brand standards and expectations of a regulated cannabis environment.

You'll supervise Budtenders, support shift flow and ensure Team members are constantly following our sales standards guideline.

You'll actively assist customers and deliver thoughtful,



responsible product education rooted in the knowledge that you build here at CannaPlus, education isn't an afterthought here, it is what sets us apart. We expect our Key Holder’s to take ownership of their product knowledge and stay curious and constantly expand their understanding of cannabis. The more you know the more confidently you can guide and that confidence elevates the entire store.

You'll maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready service setting while ensuring operation tasks are completed and any discrepancies are escalated to management.

This role carries a meaningful operational responsibility, but not managerial authority. It's a leadership role grounded in accountability and standards and growth.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of cannabis, liquor store, retail, or customer service experience
- 1+ years of people leadership experience
- Solid cannabis product knowledge, including terpenes, extract types & consumption methods
- Valid “Selling It Right” certification
- Interpersonal communication & task management skills

Work Environment
