Responsibilities

- Greet customers and manage the tee sheet and pace of play
- Operate POS system and provide accurate sales transactions
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the shop area is organized and inviting
- Light cleaning duties
- Sell hot dogs, snacks and drinks
- Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person and one the phone
- Problem solving - this position generally works independently
- Provide customer service to all customers including large school groups, league players, and tournaments

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, golf industry experience or knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills,



organizational abilities, and time management skills are essential

Notes

- This is for a part time seasonal position (2-3 shifts/week)
- Must be able to commit to the end of the golf season (approx. end of Oct)
- Weekend shifts are required
- Shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-10pm
