Lead Ice Cream Server (Full-Time Seasonal) Pay: $20/hour + tips

Looking for a solid summer job with consistent hours and a great work environment?

Join our team at Berries and Cream and serve our unique Current Zealand-inspired soft serve from a beautifully converted horse trailer. We’re looking for someone reliable and friendly who’s comfortable working both independently and with a team, and who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the trailer during their shifts.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and knows how to create a great customer experience.

This is a seasonal summer position (June-August) with consistent full-time hours (30-35 hours/week), with potential for additional hours based on availability and demand.

Responsibilities :

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve ice cream with consistency and attention to detail
- Operate POS / cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Open and close the trailer independently
- Manage the trailer solo during shifts with confidence
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs




- Uphold food safety standards and health regulations

Qualifications :

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently and managing the trailer on your own
- Able to stay organized and composed during busy, fast-paced periods
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
