CSN Automacs is seeking a well-rounded Estimator to join our repair team in Oakville, ON . This role is a replacement for an existing position. We are proud to support an elite clientele, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and the repair of luxury vehicles.

Overview/Responsibilities :

- Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
- Ensures customers leave with a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.
- Handle cash transactions related to estimates and repairs with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed.

Qualifications :





- 3 years' experience in an estimating role within the collision and repair industry required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
- A strong understanding of insurance companies’ guidelines;
- Proven track record of upselling services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while managing competing tasks efficiently

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
