Job Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in designing buildings that suit their wants and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to encourage sales
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and responding quickly
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups
- Support team members with daily operational tasks

Experience

- Previous experience in the construction industry is mandatory
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods




- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on products
- Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
