Overview

Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, including staff management, scheduling, and task delegation
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including pricing strategies and inventory management
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Coordinate purchasing of inventories.
- Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage budgeting processes and oversee payroll administration for staff

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management, sales management, or store management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team




- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, bookkeeping, and cash handling
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and team supervision
- Sound knowledge of marketing techniques and promotional activities
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills necessary for administrative functions such as budgeting and record keeping
- Customer service orientation with robust phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities effectively

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
