The Service Coordinator is the heartbeat of our service team - connecting customers and technicians to ensure every job is delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience. Based in the Winnipeg branch and reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor, you’ll own the full service cycle - from the first customer call to final invoicing. You’ll use your organization, scheduling, and customer service skills to keep everything moving, accurate, and on track. What you’ll do - Deliver excellent customer service to both customers and technicians across the region. - Schedule technicians for service calls, ensuring all customer needs are met. - Coordinate tools, equipment, and subcontractors required for each job. - Maintain accurate records, including calendars, customer accounts, work orders, purchase orders, and inventory documentation. - Process invoices accurately and promptly, updating customer portals and payment details as needed.
