We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in west Edmonton. Based at our Genesis West Edmonton dealership, this role is vital in ensuring our customers receive expert guidance and support during their vehicle service experience. Your contributions will help us uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle needs.

- Explain service options and estimates clearly.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

- Upsell additional services when appropriate.

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.





- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process.

- Handle cash transactions accurately.

- Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Qualifications :

- Proven dealership experience or automotive background.

- Solid mechanical knowledge.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to upsell services effectively.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is preferred.

- Valid driver’s license.
