We are looking for 2 experienced servers for our well established, Breakfast, Lunch Restaurant in Etobicoke, close to the airport.

This is a part/full time position.

Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch only.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with the sanitization of tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items,



including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by anticipating guest needs and providing assistance when necessary.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a passion for delivering exceptional service are key attributes for success in this role.
