FleuraMetz Canada Ltd., an industry leader in wholesale cut flower, plant & sundries products, with locations in Ontario and Quebec. We import flowers from around the globe and sell to our clients who are professional retail florists and event planners.

We are in search of an _ Wholesale Processing & Invoicing/Customs Clearing Reviewer for a full time position _ at our Mississauga Cash & Carry.

- We are looking for a mature, energetic, outgoing person who likes to work in a fast paced, team atmosphere. _

Main Duties :

- Customer Service
- Working on our proprietary software, processing invoices & payments for clients at our wholesale cash & carry desk
- Handling cash, credit & debit transactions and closing and reconciling of daily sales and deposits
- Review and verify Canada Border Service Agency clearing documents and data entry. Working with our clearing broker to ensure clearing declaration are correct
- Assisting in both Account Receivables & Payables

Additional Duties :

- Assisting in answering our multi line phone system and directing incoming calls
- Maintaining our cash & carry checkout area to be clean and organized
- Responsible for all duties at the cash & carry counter. ie,



processing and packing product, open/closing, maintaining or solving any issues with credit/debit machines, resolving customer complaints or inquires, etc
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts
- Miscellaneous office duties
- Processing incoming flower shipments

Features :

- Fulltime work (up to 44 hours) within our business hours 7-3 Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturdays 7-11.
- Base Salary 40k

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in accounting and customer service is a MUST
- Robust ability to multi-task
- Must have strong math skills
- Problem solving with numbers and personal relations
- Excellent, clear communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with business and office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
