Milo Group Ltd. is looking for an Admin Assistant/ Service Administrator (Mat leave coverage) to become a key part of our team. You will support employees and leadership across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan.

What You'll Do :

- Greet incoming visitors with professionalism.
- Perform full administrative duties for the corporate office.
- Prepare, issue, and revise invoices.
- Verify labour, materials, and job costs; track and resolve missing time/material entries
- Process/receive Payments for customer invoices
- Track job progress, ensure closeout, and provide monthly status updates
- Follow up on Service warranty claims, and missing documentation.
- Support Service Department including software, excel and word documentation.

What We're Looking For :

- 2-5 years of Administrative Experience
- Comfortable working with both paper-based and digital systems, with an interest in process improvement
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
