PawnMate is a fast-growing SaaS company providing cloud-based point-of-sale software for pawnshops, buy/sell stores, and FFL (firearm) dealers . We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team on-site and help new customers get set up, trained, and confident using our platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process from start to finish. You will work directly with clients to ensure they understand the system, feel supported, and are fully prepared to use PawnMate in their day-to-day operations.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Lead new customers through onboarding from start to finish
- Conduct live training sessions (Zoom and in-person)
- Assist with account setup and system configuration
- Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues
- Follow up to ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Manage multiple onboarding clients and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes

Experience Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success,



or SaaS support
- Experience managing multiple clients or onboarding projects simultaneously
- Experience leading customer training sessions
- Experience working with software platforms, CRM, or POS systems
- Experience in pawn, retail, or FFL industries is an asset
