What You’ll Do as a Customer Enrollment Representative :

- Deliver top-notch service: As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll greet every customer and make them feel welcome while understanding their needs.
- Drive sales results: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by showcasing Rogers’ products, services, and solutions.
- Become a product expert: As a Customer Enrollment Representative, stay updated on Rogers’ latest plans, devices,



and promotions so you can confidently recommend the best options.
- Resolve issues: Provide fast and friendly assistance to ensure customers leave happy as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
- Work as a team: Collaborate with other Customer Enrollment Representatives and leaders to achieve shared goals.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative :

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, hospitality, retail, and customer support is a plus
- A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
- A proven ability to hit sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $2,400.00-$4,800.00 per month
