Role Description

Responsible for assisting customers with their parts and service needs, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your expertise in product knowledge, sales strategies, and inventory management will be essential in supporting our customers and optimizing our operations. As a key point of contact, you will actively engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate parts and services. You will also work to develop sales opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and contribute to achieving company sales goals.

Major Duties : Customer Service

- Actively listen to customer needs regarding parts and service requirements.
- Identify potential issues and suggest appropriate parts or service including road services.
- Provide detailed product information on parts and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Accurately quote prices and process customer orders or appointments.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide a high level of service throughout the sales and service process.
- Build robust customer relationships through regular communication and follow up.

Parts Sales

- Telephone prospecting to look for new business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase parts and service sales.




- Generate leads through proactive outreach to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with large fleet accounts to increase sales and volume.
- Close sales by addressing customer concerns and negotiating terms.
- Maintain a strong CS sales pipeline and track progress towards sales KPI goals.

Parts Advisor

- Stay updated on the latest parts and service offerings, including technical specifications and changes.
- Thoroughly understand the functionality of different types of our conversions and their related parts.
- Utilize product catalogs and databases to accurately identify and locate parts.

Skills & Qualifications

- Sales Skills : Proven ability to close service and parts orders, negotiate prices, and manage an ongoing sales pipeline.
- Technical Knowledge : Understanding of mechanical systems and accessible vehicle parts.
- Customer Service : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Product Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the parts and services offered by the company.
- Computer Proficiency : Ability to maintain inventory management systems and CRM/OEM software.

Education & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or parts/service coordination preferred.
- Previous cold calling experience required
- CRM Experience (Salesforce experience considered an asset)
- Experience in the automotive, trucking, or mechanical industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of parts inventory management and order processing is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive sales approach.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
