- Uphold health and safety regulations in food handling and service practices.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.




- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests over the phone.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
