Parkview BMW is looking for a full-time Lot Attendant/Service Porter to join our successful dealership. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with most of our customers when they enter the dealership’s drive thru. Your main role will be to greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide exceptional customer service and move/park vehicles in designated locations on the service lot.

Responsibilities :

- Greet each customer and tag their vehicle
- Install seat covers and floor mats
- Relocate customer vehicles from the drive thru expeditiously to prevent congestion
- Wash customer vehicles prior to pickup
- Ensure that all parking spaces in the service compound are being utilized




- Ensure that the drive thru is kept tidy at all times

Qualifications :

- Ability to operate a variety of cars and SUV's, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- A team player who is focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Posses a valid/clean driver's licence (G licence preferred)
